3. I saw Cindy's story on Women behind bars and immediatley sat down and wrote her a letter and sent it to her in prison. We continue to write back and forth. I believe with every ounce of my being that she should not be in prison..

5. Good luck, Cindy. I think your sentence was very harsh. There should have been a plea bargain opportunity. Caregiving can be very difficult. I had a lot of help and still found it difficult. I am looking for the petition to sign.

7. I saw the show Friday night and wanted to comment on what I have been going through for the last ten years on Paxil. Just to let you know I have been trying to come off of Paxil for the last two weeks and am having severe withdrawals! I went on Paxil when it first came out, my mother was dying of emphyzema. Immediately I felt a strong desire to drink, over the years even without drinking I had anxiety, highs and lows, felt detached, felt like no one liked me including myself, felt tired and depressed, had very bad memory loss and could not concentrate. I also felt very out of control and impulsive especially after a couple of drinks, never wanted to go out not even to church, in other words it was having the opposite effect on me. My doctor kept wanting to up my dosage. It wasn't until I lost my last three jobs and read on the mayo clinic website the side effects that I realized the Paxil was doing more harm than good. Like I said I am having very bad withdrawals,ie: tremors, dizziness, diarrea, etc. but I'm starting to feel normal again mentally. I feel back in control of my life. I strongly feel that Cindy didn't have control over her actions, due to the Paxil. The one lady on the program kept saying, "She took the drug". Well yeah, her doctor prescribed it to her! I really feel that Cindy should be in an institution and evaluated so that she may released and live out the rest of her life. I will keep her in my prayers.

9. I understand what Cindy may have been going through and relate to her. I am a caregiver for my mother and I have had difficulty with my relationship with her. I also have struggled with depression and have had a hard time with the meds. I am seeking all the help that I can get to help me. I will be praying for Cindy.
